GROWTH GROUPS
Growth Groups are groups of two to five (inclusive of leader) which feature:
High relational intimacy, requiring deep sharing of life
Pulling back the curtain on raw triumphs and struggles
Very high training-to-teaching ratio
Least leader-centric
These groups were launched in Fall 2021 for the first time to supplement our Sunday services, Life Courses, and Life Groups as discipleship vehicles for the church.
