Internships
In 2016, North Sub resumed its internship partnerships with Moody Bible Institute and Trinity International University/Trinity Evangelical Divinity School. Each year since, our church has taken on two to three interns from those schools, providing those students with real ministry opportunities and hands-on mentoring.
North Sub is large enough that there is a wide variety of ministries in which we can facilitate your exercise of your gifts. Our church is also small enough that we can tailor your internship to include the ministry experiences you find most beneficial. Our interns have valued this ability to custom-craft an internship experience for each individual, one that provides direct access to the Senior Pastor and other ministry staff.
We give first priority for internships to students who are already attenders, but we have also taken on interns who didn’t previously attend North Sub. Our close relationship with TIU/TEDS affords us the opportunity to provide Match Grants for our interns each year to offset tuition costs as compensation for the internship.
